Open Title Application

The first 15 Miss and 15 Teens who complete their registration will automatically join the class of 2024. Applicants after the first 15 will be placed in the digital competition, held March 2nd, for the remaining spots in the class.
What is a ‘complete registration?’
  1. Your Miss America Membership Fee ($39.99) is paid (Pay Here if you haven’t already)
  2. Your $75 application fee is paid (Pay Here)
  3. Your application is received, reviewed and approved
  4. Your contract and its attachments are received, reviewed, and approved
  5. Your $425 Entry fee is paid
Once you have completed steps 1-4 you will receive an email letting you know that you have been approved to join the Class of 2024. Because we have had such overwhelming interest in joining us at State, you will have 48 hours to pay the Entry Fee (step 5). If the entry fee is not received within 48 hours, your application will be moved to the digital competition and your guaranteed spot in the class will be offered to the next person waiting for an approval. Please keep an eye on your emails after you have submitted your application and check your junk box too!

By hitting submit, I agree to the following:

  1. Payment for the $500 State Entry Fee is due within 48 hours of being awarded a title, or my title will be forfeited.
  2. My title will expire on July 13, 2025. This means I am not allowed to wear a sash or crown or otherwise promote or advertise my title at events or on any social media platform after the State Competition.
  3. I have the option to add the price of a sash and crown to my entry fee. I will be provided with the payment options after my title is awarded.
  4. I am required to attend workshop in the Hudson Valley or New York City April 12-13
  5. My $75 Application fee is non-refundable.
  6. Financial Obligations: I am responsible for my own lodging and transportation to workshop. I am responsible for my own lodging (will be shared with a delegate roommate) at the host hotel and transportation for state week. I will provide my own wardrobe, including Rebel athletic wear and the selected opening number outfit, usually totaling less than $100 each. I am responsible for providing an auction item for the Summer Soiree with a minimum value of $100. I am likewise responsible for fundraiser participation, including $300 for the American Heart Associate through spotfund, 2 full page ads, and restaurant week recruitment. The estimated minimum cost, outside of registration fees, is ~$1,000 but can be offset through personal fundraisers, state fundraisers, and marketing.
