Welcome to the most spoooooktacular pet costume contest on this side of the internet! That’s right, the Miss New York HOWLoween contest is back! The rules are simple. Enter your furry fiend friend with a photo of them in a costume before October 15th. on October 16th, share this page with your friends and family and ask them for their vote! It is $15 to enter a pet and $1 for each vote – proceeds benefit the Miss New York Scholarship Organization’s mission of empowering the women of the Empire State. What do you get if your fuzzy buddy wins? A pet-themed basket of goodies and a unique pet portrait by Hudson Valley artist, Nicole Stamps, all valued at more than $200!
