Our premier sponsors are individuals and businesses who contribute directly to our organization as a whole. These sponsors get the best perks, including appearances from Miss New York and/or Miss New York’s Teen, promotion on our website and social media platforms, VIP tickets to the state competition and access to fundraisers throughout the year. Premier sponsors can either build a unique perk package or select a pre-curated portfolio. We have two different types of scholarship sponsors. The first are universities, colleges, technical institutes and private professional development companies who see the value in smart, confident, and strong women and want our delegates to be part of their communities. These incredible partners offer in-kind tuition scholarships to their schools varying in value from a few hundred dollars to full-ride offers. The second form of scholarship sponsors are businesses and community members who sponsor the general scholarship fund or a specific scholarship, ie. the Mallory Hagan Social Impact Award. These scholarships are crafted by the donor, including the selection criteria if the award is not score-based. These types of scholarships uniquely celebrate the accomplishments of our candidates, both on and off the stage. Our Scholarship Liaison works directly with these sponsors to create a benefits package that works for them. In-kind sponsors are a huge part of what makes our program successful. These sponsors are often businesses who donate either time, goods, or services to help us offset the cost of our production and support our annual operations. These types of in-kind sponsors range from covering travel expenses, donating national competition wardrobe or gifts for our State Competition judging panel. These partners receive a unique form of appreciation and promotion. Whenever our executive team or our titleholders use in-kind goods or services, we recognize these partners across our social media platforms and make sure that our followers know exactly what kind of quality goods and services to expect.
